A tragicomical performance about the times we live in. A time where the future feels uncertain and no one really knows what to do about the situation.
Two old ladies are stuck at the road’s end, not knowing know what to do. They are awaiting someone’s rescue, but who is that someone? Vadå? aims to have a conversation with a young adult audience. Using circus as a language, the two artists Ida Stenman and Christoffer Remberger from Karavan, twist and turn the big questions of our time. What kind of future are we facing? Is there someone out there who can save us – some kind of Godot whom we all are waiting for?
Karavan is an artist-driven venue, a company, and a platform for contemporary circus in southern Sweden. The activities include performances, artistic and educational projects, as well as courses and workshops for amateurs and professionals.
